Exchange rates and returns

If for any reason your purchase does not satisfy you or if the chosen size does not correspond perfectly to yours, you can ask for a refund or replacement with another size, writing us an email to info@capesheep.com and returning the product within 14 days of receipt. The change or refund will be made after the verification of the integrity of the goods as specified in the general conditions. An email will be sent to the email address you provide when the product is shipped, or the refund has been made. In case the size in the fantasy you choose is no longer available, you will be communicated together with the possibility of choosing another fantasy. The shipping costs in case of change and return are borne by the buyer.
